Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

 

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

 

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

 

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

 

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

 

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

 

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

 

Refund policy

 

Most of our products are from third-party vendors,they each have their own refund policy. If you are requesting a refund, remember to contact the vendor within the return period specified in the product listing and follow the vendor’s instructions for returning the delivered item. If no vendor name is shown then please email our team [email protected]

 

If the vendor is unresponsive or is not following their stated return policy, then please contact our support team within 14 calendar days to arrange your return [email protected], we will then contact the vendors on your behalf and try to come to a resolution.

 

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you may be able to return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the vendor if they’ll accept a return. Refunds are made through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Unfortunately additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

Our return and refund policy is described above. The ShopsmartPNG Returns Policy applies to all purchases of Products using the Site and forms part of these terms and conditions. If you wish to return in some cases Grocery Product in accordance with our Returns Policy, then you may: (a) return the Grocery Product to the pickup location; or (b) contact our Customer Service by telephone to make arrangements to return that Product. In this instance, you may return the Product to us or (vendor) with the receipt showing payment at your own expense. Upon confirmation that the goods have been received we will refund your card of purchase with the funds being available within 3-5 business days.
